Steven Songer has more than twenty years experience in financial services. Prior to entering private practice in 1988 as Steven W. Songer and Associates, he served acquired comprehensive experience in the investments industry and the insurance industry. He is a registered Investment Advisor with the US Securities and Exchange Commission and the Indiana Securities Division; he is licensed through the National Association of Securities Dealers.

Songer currently serves as President of the Estate Planning Council of Central Illiana, Inc., and is a member of The Financial Planning Association, the Institute of Certified Financial Planners, and the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.

An active Terre Haute community leader, Songer's civic memberships include the Chamber of Commerce of Greater Terre Haute, Rotary Club, Leadership Terre Haute, and the Terre Haute Boys Club. He has served on numerous fund raising committees, including the March of Dimes and United Way campaigns.
