![]() Chris Hebb Chris Hebb is with Rose-Hulman Ventures, a technology-based business incubator and product development center in Terre Haute, Indiana, where he provides business guidance to incubator clients and affiliate firms. Hebb also serves as a business consultant to Neoteric Hovercraft, Inc. Previously a Bloomington, Indiana-based small business consultant, Hebb provided market services to a varied clientele, including a Colorado mountain biking company with a major team racing effort. He is the primary author of a business assessment program now utilized by the state of Indiana, as well as associate producer and researcher of the two-hour PBS special, Indiana Entrepreneurs. Hebb holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, as well as an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. His professional memberships include the International Society of Performance Improvement, the Wabash Valley Information Technology Association, and the Indianapolis Venture Capital Club.
